Our next meeting is this Saturday, August 2nd, at 9 AM at the Capitol bar. Here’s a link to the agenda for the meeting, and here’s a link to last month’s meeting minutes.

In other news, I’ll be finishing my Master of Science in Applied and Industrial Mathematics at New Mexico Tech this fall and spring. Once the fall semester begins on the 19th, I’ll need someone to take over as Secretary because I will have significantly less time to dedicate to the role.

Per our bylaws, the Secretary records and archives meeting minutes for our monthly meetings, executive committee meetings, and county conventions. If you can take on that responsibility , I encourage you to volunteer.

Listed in the graphic above are all of the responsibilities I’ve been handling as Secretary (not including maintaining and updating the WordPress website). The responsibilities beyond meeting minutes may require the formation of a multi-person communications committee to be fully covered. I am willing to train as many people as it takes to replace me.
